EIGHT PROTOCOL ENGINES · FREE FOREVER

Debug your body.

Proactive health tracking for people who sit at a desk all day. Eight protocol engines watch hydration, caffeine timing, pre-sleep eating, medication, cycles and desk-time movement — and tell you where you are, not what to feel.

Eight protocol engines

Each one is a small, strict rule — enforced by the server, so every device you own agrees.

Hydration

Water in fixed 250 ml units, up to 5000 ml a day, with a 30-second pause between them.

Caffeine Block

No caffeine for the first 90 minutes after you wake.

GERD Window

A 4-hour pre-sleep window that admits only water, chamomile and anise.

Trigger Families

Food sorted into gout, IBS-GERD and fatty-liver triggers — safe or not, never a number.

Medication Grace

A 60-minute window to log a dose without it counting as missed.

Cycle

Predicts nothing until three consecutive cycles are logged, and stops predicting when they turn irregular.

Contraceptive Security

Daily pills, monthly injections and implants each tracked on their own schedule.

Kinetic Pomodoro

A break only counts when your watch sees you actually move away from the screen.

How it works

Three steps. The server does the thinking, so every device you own agrees.

  1. 01

    Log what you did

One tap per unit of water, per drink, per meal, per dose. Nothing to weigh, nothing to estimate.

  2. 02

    The protocol judges it

Eight engines run on the server: cooldowns, windows, grace periods and fail-safes. Your phone never guesses.

  3. 03

    You see where you stand

A state, a countdown and a reason. Never a verdict about your health, and never a diagnosis.

Two opinions we will not break

01

Categorical, not quantitative

We judge what you consume, never how much. Food is safe or trigger-bearing. No calorie maths, no portion guessing.

02

Never invent medical certainty

The AI analyses behavioural patterns only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or guess at your medication. Every answer ends the same way: consult your doctor.

Questions people ask

Is this a medical device?

No. Health Debug tracks behaviour and shows you the state of your own protocol. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and every AI answer defers to your doctor.

Why does it not count calories?

Because the protocol judges what you consume, not how much. Food is safe or it carries a trigger. That is a rule you can follow on a bad day, and it removes an entire class of guesswork.

Is it really free?

Free for you, permanently. The business sits on the other side of the ecosystem — doctors, corporate health insurance and wellness partners.

Where is my data?

Health data crosses the wire only over authenticated HTTPS, and analytics carry counts and states, never health values. If you bring your own AI key it is encrypted on the server and never reaches any client.
